Mr. Yuriy Krynytskyy holds a M.A. degree in Conflict Studies from the University of Ottawa, Canada. He is a former fellow of the National Endowment for Democracy in Washington, D.C., where he studied and researched issues connected to the election campaigns "in an unfavorable environment", American party campaign and public relations strategies, political advertising, and the use of television debates. Mr. Krynytskyy also served as one of the press secretaries for the People's Movement Party in Ukraine.
